The West Africa Network for Peacebuilding – Nigeria (WANEP Nigeria) in collaboration with Centre for Advancement in Nigeria (CEPAN) with support from United States Institute of Peace organised Justice and Security Dialogue (JSD) – Youth Sensitization on Election Security Management as Pathway to 2023 Credible Electoral Process in Nigeria at Alheri Hotel, Yola, Adamawa State
The training aims to:
- To enhance participants knowledge of civic education, participatory democracy, and election violence prevention in Adamawa State.
- To identify the structural drivers and triggers of election violence, and commonly used analytical frameworks.
- To promote the use of community-based approaches for preventing electoral violence and maintaining community safety.
