WANEP Nigeria, under the PCVE-KIRH initiative of the Partnership Against Violent Extremism (PAVE) Network, facilitated a Training of Trainers workshop in Kano and Sokoto.

With the theme: “Strengthening Stakeholders’ Capacities for the Co-Creation and Implementation of State and Local Action Plans in the North-West Zone,” the training brought together participants from across the 7 North-West states.

The Sessions covered advocacy, strategic communication, social support frameworks, and mobilization strategies all focused on building local capacity to prevent and counter violent extremism.
