With support from WANEP-Nigeria and earlier USAID funding, the Peace Action for Rapid Transformative Nigeria Early Response (PARTNER) structure was successfully handed over to the Plateau Peacebuilding Agency (PPBA).
Since then, PPBA has expanded peacebuilding across Jos North (urban), Jos South (peri-urban), and Mangu (rural), ensuring diverse communities benefit from inclusive strategies.
Every September, the Agency dedicates a full month to peace activities, climaxing on September 21 – International Day of Peace. This approach reflects a commitment to sustainability: peace as a journey, not a one-day event.
