Awa Kalu Okorie

Kalu is a results-driven Human Resources professional dedicated to fixing business frictions and enhancing organizational efficiency through strategic HR practices and effective business partnering. With a decade of multi-sector experience spanning FMCG, logistics, distribution, warehousing, finance, the service industry, hospitality, and the NGO sector, he brings a wealth of expertise in people operations, talent management, policy formulation and implementation, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Abia State University, a Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Nigeria, and a Master’s in Industrial and Labour Relations (MILR) from the University of Lagos. Kalu is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria (CIPM).
