Dr. Nsekpong Archibong Udoh , PhD, CPM, FPMC

Dr. Nsekpong Archibong Udoh is a seasoned expert in Guidance and Counselling with over two decades of experience in education, gender advocacy, and community development. She currently serves as the Technical Advisor for Gender and Programs at Community Partners for Development (CPD) in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.

Dr. Udoh specializes in gender-sensitive governance, mental health, reproductive health, and youth empowerment. She has led key initiatives, including the UNDEF-funded Strengthening the Political Participation of Women in Nigeria project and the USAID-supported malaria prevention program. As a consultant, she has collaborated with organizations such as the World Bank and Population Council on gender profiling, qualitative research, and health worker training.

A passionate advocate for policy reform, Dr. Udoh has championed gender mainstreaming and affirmative action for women and youth. She serves as the State Coordinator for the Network Against Child Trafficking, Abuse, and Labour (NACTAL) and is a board member of the West Africa Network for Peacebuilding (WANEP).

Dr. Udoh has authored research papers on gender issues and electoral participation and has contributed to global discussions on gender equality and humanitarian efforts. A dedicated Life Coach, Mentor, and Advocate, she continues to drive social change through research, policy influence, and grassroots initiatives.
