The ongoing discussions bring together key stakeholders , including local government representatives, women and youth leaders, CSOs, traditional institutions, and MDAs , to:

🔹 Build shared understanding of UNSCR 1325 and NAP 1325

🔹 Review the Draft Edo State Action Plan on UNSCR 1325

🔹 Foster stronger coordination for inclusive, gender-responsive peacebuilding at the state and community levels

The localization process is not just about plans , it’s about people, ownership, and collective commitment to a more peaceful, inclusive Edo State.
