The West Africa Network for Peacebuilding (WANEP), in collaboration with the Global Network of Women Peacebuilders (GNWP) and with support from Global Affairs Canada, is hosting a 3-day Stakeholders Workshop on the Localization of United Nations Security Council Resolution (UNSCR) 1325.

The workshop brings together over 35 key stakeholders including state and non-state actors to deepen understanding of UNSCR 1325 and Nigeria’s National Action Plan on Women, Peace and Security (WPS).

WANEP Nigeria is excited to invite network members, CSOs, researchers, academics, and peacebuilders to submit entries for the next edition of the Women, Peace & Security (WPS Journal)!
