WANEP-Nigeria with support from the Norwegian Agency for Development Coorporation (NORAD) holds 3-Day Workshop on the Development of Edo State Action Plan on UNSCR 1325 from October 25 -27, 2021.

The West Africa Network for Peacebuilding (WANEP) Nigeria with support from the Norwegian Agency for Development Coorporation (NORAD) holds 3-Day Workshop on the Development of Edo State Action Plan on UNSCR 1325 from October 25 -27, 2021. The workshop aims to develop Edo State Action Plan in line with United Nations Security Council Resolution (UNSCR ) 1325 and promote systematic coordination and accountability for effective implementation. The program has over 30 stakeholders who are members of the Technical Steering Committee in attendance. Participants include representatives from the Ministry of Women Affairs, CSOs, Journalists, FIDA, FOMWON, NOA, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corp, etc
