The engagements focused on the situation of women and children, the critical role of women in conflict prevention, and strengthening the linkages between trained community women and existing early warning and reporting mechanisms.

The discussions also highlighted the importance of collaboration among government institutions, traditional leadership, and security actors in promoting women’s meaningful participation in peacebuilding and strengthening community-based early warning and early response systems.

Together, let’s strengthen women’s voices and build safer, more peaceful communities!
